Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Exchange
Exchange is our email and calendar system in our company. It's an essential piece for our employees to communicate, and an extremely important piece for IT, security, and compliance to manage communication within our company. We utilize Microsoft Exchange to store email and events, all inside of the M365 cloud family.

- Admin center needs work, in my opinion it lacks key functions such as advanced message tracing.
- Admin center phishing mitigation, currently this is locked behind defender.
- A better shared mailbox experience. Once more users have them, it breaks down.

Microsoft Exchange is the go-to software if you are going with the Microsoft stack as your main infrastructure provider. It made the most sense going with Microsoft to use Outlook with Exchange, as it would provide the most seamless experience when paired with Defender or most leading SEGs. Due to exchange having a major footprint and being one of the major drivers in email, it makes the most sense to stick with Exchange as other security tools will pair seamlessly with an on-prem or cloud-based solution.
