Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is being used heavily in our department as well as across our entire company. We are replacing video conferencing via Blue Jeans and it is being used as a great alternative to Sharepoint for collaboration and file sharing.

Some easier to use functionality for first-time users.
A good tool to show how much can be done.

Return on Investment

This far it has allowed us to replace Skype and Blue Jeans in our department, and the plan is to have it replace both company-wide—saving time and money.

Likelihood to Recommend

In any instance where a small part, a large part, or your entire team is offsite, Teams is a great option to be able to share and collaborate both in a web-based setting or via the mobile app.
