Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams is being used by the whole organization, and it allows the entire company to be communicated at every moment. It is really easy to set up a call or a meeting, and it allows to add more participants if needed without any problem. It really helps to stay closer to your coworkers.

- Easy to set up meetings.
- The audio codecs could be a bit better.
- Login in the app fails sometimes.
- The cost of long distance phone calls is no longer a factor.
- The possibilities of have meetings on the go have a great benefit on certain users.

Sometimes the connection could be something really frustrating, the other end can't hear you, and you have to re-enter the meeting so the
problem with the audio can be fixed. Although the audio codecs have been
greatly improved since the product was known as Lync, personally I
think the audio is still better with the regular version of Skype, but
the Business version offers other features than only chatting and
calling your Skype contacts.
