Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Microsoft Teams is used by Novartis throughout the organization for organizing and attending meetings. Easy to use and it thus creates a better User Experience. The users don't need to be trained on how to use Microsoft Teams unlike other networking tools. Easy to manage from an administrator point of view. Easy to organize meetings throughout the organization. As it is integrated with Microsoft Outlook, it is easier with Microsoft Teams.

Easier video calls with colleagues compared to WebEx
Easy to use when combined with other Microsoft products
A light platform which loads easily compared to other tools. It thus doesn't use much bandwidth.
Option to organize chats as per people and groups

Support Rating

I haven't raised any support case yet or looked for any support related document specifically as I am just an end user but I have heard from a few administrators that Microsoft supports the product well. Also, Novartis being a large audience and MS Teams adopted here as a collaboration platform speaks in itself.

The way for meetings is simple and intuitive. We can instantly launch meetings or schedule them out for a later time.
