Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams

We have multiple different departments that collaborate with each other over the same topics. It makes it very easy to reference conversations, share meetings remotely, and confirm a consistent line of information. The different channels help organize conversations and not overwhelm employees. Utilizing the one drive associated makes it easy to reference any important document at hand.

  • Meeting scheduling and reminders

Cons

  • Sometimes notifications don't properly detail the level of importance
  • There is a difficult time understanding the different channels and how to utilize them appropriately
  • Recorded meetings can be difficult to access
  • Positive: Refined documents and selective word choice
  • Positive: Understanding of scheduling among departments
  • Positive: Immediate communication between departments
I give it an 8 because it is rather streamlined among the other useful apps. If I receive an invite to a meeting over outlook I am immediately prompted to add it to my schedule and then within teams it will immediately show up.

There are certain hoops you do not have to jump through when your account is synced over multiple apps. It is very nice and an easy tool to rely on

An experience where Microsoft Teams was well suited for our company is the way we streamline information through the one drive to buildout a project. We are able to access processes, to-do lists, material lists, and edit all documents accordingly during a meeting over teams.

Very resourceful An experience where Microsoft Teams was less appropriate was trying to replace all in person meetings with Microsoft Teams. It is a good resource, but doesn't beat face to face meetings
