Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams

Teams is the primary messaging tool between workgroups and team members. We also transfer files and pictures in messages.

Pros

  • messaging between personnel
  • group chatting
  • sharing documents

Cons

  • text copying to drop extra characters when pasting to other aps
easy to use and edit my formatting. Could use more formatting tools and font size by number.
altering is good . Need ability to set an away message auto respond.
  • Skype (discontinued)
very similar. MS absorbed Skype into Teams.
