We use MindManager to create overview of vast amounts of info in order to make decissions and derive next steps and actions.
Often used to organize notes during meetings or assessments. The flexibility to radially organize and add layers of info such as dates, actions and priorities and colors helps to structure.

I’m not sure
When one uses MindManager structurally one is able to do more in less time since all info is structurer and easily accessible.
Especially knowing where to look for info saves time.
Since meetings and processes usually don’t go from a to z the flexibilty in radially structure, organize and capture info really helps ik actionable info to make better decisions. This also applied when brainstorming.

- MindMeister and Miro
It had more business functionality as integrated well with ms office tools. Other two tools have their own benefits.
