Overall Satisfaction with MindManager
I've used MindManager for over 20 years. I started using it to present sales proposals on one page. I still use it for this reason. I use the radial map to help me capture and organize thoughts in client meetings and when planning. I also use it for process and project timelines. I often receive compliments on the layout of my timeline project maps. I've tried other mapping software to save $$, but they do not perform as well as MindManager. When they added the link for sending to anyone to view, it increased its value for me.
It's not for everyone, but it's a gem for those who enjoy capturing thoughts in a manner that allows them to be grouped into categories and presented differently.

- Multiple layouts and formatting options
- Publishing links for non subscribers to view and manipulate
- Ease of use and solid performance
Cons
- Exporting to Word. I wish it came over better. I always have to edit and it takes to much time.
- Can we embed videos?
- If possible, a little lower cost or a team bundle
- It's gets thoughts on a page to allow more thoughts to uncover
- It makes it easy to organize and reorganize thoughts with little or no formatting.

When I lead strategic meetings I use as an agenda and then fill in sections, move ideas around and leave the meeting with a complete recap ready to share.
