Overall Satisfaction with MindManager
I use this program for all of my retreats, seminars, speaking engagements etc. I also use it for brainstorming and long-term planning with certain coaching clients.
It keeps me organized, focused, and expansive. When I do not cover all of my topics I can pick up where I left off from my last engagement. I love being able to create my own templates.
I am able to use it on the Internet, and anywhere I need it.
It is my 'go-to' for all of my outlines etc.

Pros
- Keeps a large amount of information in the notes section.
- Allows for versatility and customization of my maps.
- I can be on 2 maps simultaneously.
Cons
- When I try to paste something in a subject box, it sometimes does not let me and I do not know why.
- When I click on the Font icon at the top of the Nav bar and I have several changes to make, I have to go back and click it each time as the menu does not stay down for several things to do ata once.
- I would like to access my online program from my web version simultaneously.
- I have a hard time creating a template and having it save properly to my Dropbox.
- It would be nice to be able to sync my google calendar with my program.
- I would like to sync MM to Bitrix as well.
- MindManager saves me 2-3 hours each time I use a map
- MM saves me several hours when I use it for minddumps and brainstorming
- It stores all the information I need for seminars that are many says long and keeps it easily accessible.
- I would never be without this program as it is seemless, easy and allows for open clear focus.
- I appreciate that it creates outline versions.
