In our organization, we have multiple challenges in our daily business that are very challenging to juggle with, especially for new people.
We effectively leverage MindManager to visually map out complex relationships between situations, issues, and potential solutions. This tool is invaluable for decision-making and resource allocation. By creating comprehensive mind maps, we can easily identify dependencies, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources efficiently.

By creating comprehensive mind maps, we can easily identify dependencies, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources efficiently.
Pros
- Very rapidly build new structure
- Links work very well
- Make it super simple to visualize relations between items
- replace drop downs with overall viewpoint
- easy to modify the links and relationships
Cons
- sharing is not simple
- the templates are not always flexible enough
- public links seem so still have people requiring to log in
- notifications settings in not clear, when multiple people are using it, i get bombarded by emails
- speed: we need to jump from one task to another, MM helps us do that quickly
- brainstorm: we can very easily plan things with MindManager
- We access more than 40 online tools daily with MindManager and we stay organized

We use mindmanager to develop our decision trees in our daily business.
We have thousands of remote devices to monitor and troubleshoot.
Mindmanager is excellent at organizing our troubleshooting information and helping us stay on top of things.
The troubleshooting process is in MM, then we link it to our SharePoint for drawings ans supplemental documentation.
The training program is another good one. Every platform we use is mapped and skills required are also mapped in MM. New employees are given a roadmap on what to learn, we export it to excel and they can even track it themselves.

The choice missing in the above is Lucidchart and Lucispark.
These are powerful tools to brainstorm and map processes. We consider that MindManager is much better for brainstorming and strategic planning.
Lucidspark would easily get cluttered and disorganized.
The other mapping software we used was microsoft mindmapper and it was a good entry level tool but MM is far superior, plus it is online.
