Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is being used for virtual Agile planning, strategic planning, and in my case, converting a very interaction-intensive Workshop from in-person to virtual.
- Built-in video chat.
- Limitless whiteboard with frames to enable easy navigation.
- Organizer tools allowing me to bring collaborators to my cursor or look at my view.
- Ability to invite people from outside my organization.
- Quick orientation before people can effectively interact.
- Customizable controls for mouse or trackpad.
- Can't show a video to participants, video can only be viewed by individuals.
- There is a learning curve for users since it is different than other web conference tools.
- Would like additional chat or polling functionality.
- ROI is strong in Covid-19 situations where strong interaction is needed virtually
- A good bridge between in-person and virtual since the tool can be used in person just as easily.
- Can continue important employee learning programs as Virtual Instructor Led.
Better capability for collaboration. The other solutions are continually improving, but when I need high interaction, Miro is my choice. For traditional training, I still go with more traditional video conferencing tools.
