Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We're using Miro across all departments, for internal brainstorming but also for visual planning, reviews, collaboration on projects, mood boards, etc. Clients have been really impressed with it as well and have quickly adapted to it being our main review/strategy platform. It's very versatile and allows for your entire team to creatively and visually collaborate.
  • Design strategy, planning, and wireframes.
  • Leaving comments & feedback.
  • It offers a plethora of templates to get your processes started.
  • You can build and customize your own visual boards and templates.
  • Commenting feature is still a little clunky. It works, but it's not as easy as Google Docs commenting, for example.
  • I'd like to see some functionality for reviews added, maybe like a progress bar or checklist.
  • Saved costs & improved productivity.
  • Increased customers satisfaction and happiness.
  • Improved team collaboration and unified team members who work remotely.
Start with their templates and go through their template library, as they offer a plethora of options already built there. Once you have those nailed down and learn your way around the tool, make your own templates that work for you and your team, that are even more aligned with your internal processes. Doing this helped our company productize a lot of our services and achieve high efficiency.
It was easy to shift to using Miro (we previously used InVison App) and integrate it with Slack and Gmail. We were good to go in under 20 minutes.
Our team is almost entirely remote, so Miro helped foster team collaboration to a degree we weren't able to do before. Visuals are super important when planning projects out, and it is great that we can all live-time collaborate on a whiteboard. Doing this allowed us to get everyone on the same page faster, making our margins higher and overall costs lower. Definitely a win!

It offers more features and variations, I'd definitely recommend Miro over InVison.
We've used a lot of different tools for online whiteboards, brainstorms, and design reviews, but Miro is the most encompassing solution we've found. It's easy to use and it's pretty simple to integrate with the rest of the tools your team is using. I love the Slack integration, it saves a lot of time and keeps you up the speed.
