Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro has been great for our company, especially during this time when everyone is working remotely. It serves as a collaborative whiteboard during our planning meetings, where everyone contributes to the discussion by filling in sections of the board or adding sticky notes with their thoughts. We also use it as an easily accessible place to store standard work - it's easy to view and edit, which allows us to keep our standard work up to date.
  • Whiteboard for virtual meetings.
  • Hosting standard work.
  • Real-time collaboration.
  • Slow load speeds.
  • Delays when interacting with the platform.
  • Better search capability within a board.
  • Improved productivity.
  • More transparency between teams.
  • Reduced time needed for planning.
Miro needs to be adopted by the whole organization to be used to its potential. There are a lot of different ways to use the platform, so it's important to have training and standardization.
Miro is easy to learn and use. The tools are intuitive and don't require too much formal training. If anything, there may be slightly too many ways to use the platform, so it's important to have the whole team standardize the way it's being used.
Miro has been great for our team when we work remotely. It feels like we're in the same room when we're able to whiteboard together and contribute equally.

Miro works well as a collaborative whiteboard for virtual meetings, where individuals can contribute to the discussion by filling in sections of the board or adding sticky notes with their thoughts. It is also an easily accessible place to store standard work or other documentation that needs to be frequently updated.
