Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro as a virtual whiteboard to brainstorm during workshops with clients. Miro allows us to all collaborate in real-time in a virtual environment while keeping everyone engaged and participating.
  • Easy for clients to set up an account when paying for a consulting plan.
  • Good user interface.
  • Allows us to be quite creative with the setup of the boards, due to many features.
  • Sometimes the login feature for clients can be confusing. It would be nice to be able to send anyone a link, then they can just start editing the board without a login required.
  • The video meeting feature doesn't work well in practice because most teams already have a different video meeting platform.
  • The voting feature is great but can be cumbersome to set up.
  • Allowed us to virtually collaborate.
  • Equal participation and buy-in.
  • Enhanced brainstorming sessions.
Implementation of Miro is flawless and easy. Just log in through the browser.
Because it's easy; users just login through the browser.
Miro has allowed us to replace the meetings where everyone needs to be in the same conference room looking at the same whiteboard. By looking at the same virtual whiteboard, we can accomplish the same in less time.

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Google Jamboard doesn't have the same capabilities as Miro in being able to set up templates and frames with different shapes. Also being able to bring people to me is a great feature in Miro.
Miro is well suited for a digital whiteboarding session. I have not used it for presentations yet, but I imagine it would be good for that too. I would not recommend Miro for workshops containing more than about 10 people, due to the minor logistics problems users might encounter (such as how to use the program).
