Miro is great for collaboration and helps us identify opportunities for the future of our business. We use it for card sorting, ideation, brainstorms, and more. It's also a great way to conduct design sprints and create meaningful work in a short period of time.

Always works great.
Since it's a web-based tool, it's easy to use--there is no integration.
During COVID Miro has been a great help.

Miro is a bit better. I wish it had more templates.
