Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for a host of functions: Product Development, Process Design, Solution Brainstorming, and a variety of workshops. The multi-faceted capabilities that Miro offers are absolutely fantastic. Its independence from traditional Office applications makes it a universal choice.

  • Fits a range of industries and processes.
  • Some kinds of templates for process design, etc.
  • Dramatically reduced process design time.
  • Dramatically increased global collaboration with no loss of capability.
  • Useful 'parking lot' for unavailable or absent users.
Miro is easy to set up, configure, and run. The only improvement here would be to enable SSO for customer end-users.
Easy integration with JIRA made life so much better!

Miro is best suited to education at all levels, process design, consulting and professional services, manufacturing, and creative industries. Users who are involved in creative design, solution design, and professional services are best placed to use it. Miro is probably not best suited to repeatable tasks, financial tasks, and their ilk.
