Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro on product design sessions, inception sessions, and all agile discoveries meetings. Before Covid, these sessions were in a room full of Post-Its. We use to take pictures of the results to store the sessions. We started to use Miro to solve the problem of being working from home, but now, even on face-to-face sessions, we still use Miro just because of the new range of possibilities we have now.

  • Integrate the music with Spotify.
  • For digital collaboration, we had a great return on investment.
  • In Covid Scenario, MIRO was perfect in our digital transformation and work from home basis.
  • The materials we send to our clients really improved from Post-It pictures to nice and complete Miro boards.
No. No problem at all. We just bought the licenses and spread them around the company. In the beginning, we just took five minutes before each session to explain the major functionalities. It was enough to start the work.
Just a quick overview of the main functionalities and all the team started to work. There are so many features, but to start working, it is pretty simple and it doesn't require any integration at all with our systems. Even for a German company like ours (full of rules), it was simple to turn Miro into a corporate tool.
This was the main helping point for us. We collaborate around the globe with Miro.

More functionalities. Easy to use
For all agile activities, it is very well suited. Even when everyone is together in the same room, we still use Miro instead of any other tool like post-its, a whiteboard, or even paper. When some drawing is necessary, we just take a picture of it, import it to Miro, and make the considerations on it. Another benefit is the fact that all information is stored safely and quickly accessed from anywhere.
