Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I know that it is used in my org. We use it for our goal setting, creating road maps, product flow, and brainstorming sessions. Having Miro boards saves up a lot of time for us as we can collaborate easily and make decisions faster. It also makes sure that anyone can contribute and their voice is heard during brainstorming sessions.
  • Feature rich.
  • Good templates.
  • Integration with Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
  • Offline features.
  • Fit to screen view.
  • Slight improvements in usability.
  • Improved collaboration.
  • Time taken for brainstorming has been reduced.
  • Better structured meetings.
Implementation is quite good. There is no latency in the product and the interface is quite user-friendly. It could have more offline features and options to download to other file formats like PowerPoint. Fit to screen view can be improved. The Microsoft Teams integration is also good and it's a nice addition to the product.
Integration is easy. We have a common server link that we hit to access Miro files. Each team has separate folders where we have all the boards with respect to the team are saved. The new integration with Microsoft Teams is also useful. Having different folders help in ease of access and help in being more organized.
With Miro, we were able to collaborate better. It helps in building a team that is more inclusive and collaborative. In our brainstorming sessions, we have a common theme and then ask all the participants to put down their thoughts and perspectives. Now this is more organised and we were to get ideas across the team.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is better than other products I used for collaboration. It helps in getting inputs from teams across countries and organising them better. We have higher inclusion now and saves us a lot of time. Miro is quite feature-rich and the prebuilt templates are very good. Templates help us save a lot of time.
Miro is suitable for: brainstorming sessions, OKR (overall kay result) planning, road map building, and target setting meetings. It helps to ensure that everyone’s voice is heard and everyone can contribute in a meeting across geographies. It's quite feature-rich and almost available on all meeting platforms. In my opinion, Miro is not suitable in cases where you need to export it to other file formats for presentation.
