Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is being used by our department to brainstorm certain aspects of launching and managing programs and events. Miro is being shared among the employees to spread a better understanding of the work down. It is also being sent to our users as a mechanism to engage with the department.

Pros

  • Brainstorm facts and ideas.
  • Sharing links and thoughts.
  • Clustering and grouping several ideations.

Cons

  • I wish the sticky notes had an option to add more type variations, like bullets points and bold.
  • Maybe an option on hover where users can include citations.
  • The locking system to edit gets pretty annoying at certain times.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Faster brainstorming process.
  • Reduced completion time when comes to detail.
The implementations were fairly good and helpful during the brainstorming process.
It is easy to integrate due to its combining features. Makes unification and brainstorming much faster and easier.
Miro has brought many ideas and findings from many people to one page. Allowing us to share and brainstorm before launching our programs and events.

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

  • MURAL (formerly Mural.ly)
Mural has less flexible features and variety in terms of design.
Miro is well suited for brainstorming and clustering variations of ideas. I would say for detailed descriptions and layouts it can get pretty tough to maintain.
