Overall Satisfaction with Miro

It has improved collaborative work among students in order to solve investigation problems.

Pros

  • Improves collaborative work.
  • Encourage participation during class time.
  • Encourage students to share their ideas.
  • Provides a clear view of the main ideas.

Cons

  • Maybe the possibility of the use of external resources, like video clips or podcasts.
  • The possibility to share ideas of new boards (collaboration between teachers).
  • The time in which the students perform classwork has been reduced.
  • The class time is more efficient.
  • The tasks can be completed in less time.
  • To encourage collaboration as the development of skills of the 21st century.
To use suggested boards and personalize them according to my own needs and expectations.
It's a wonderful tool but I still observe some of my students' present reserves to use it, maybe I need to encourage them to try. Some of the students really need more person-person collaboration directly, so maybe to have an option in which they could interact having eye contact could be better.
Great because of this we have collaboration from far away places that could not happen without this wonderful tool.

Would you buy Miro again?

Great interphase, great home page, more clear. Support and tutorials are easy to follow.
To create a mind map or concept map with the collaboration of all my students. To encourage the use of different sources in order to gather information for a documentary investigation. To motivate participation during class time, more specifically during pandemic times. To encourage teamwork. To have a view of the different ideas that the team members have in order to improve.
