Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Currently, use it for collaboration with teams across different departments on projects and ideation.

Pros

  • Easy sharing with other users.
  • Collaboration in real time.
  • Organizing notes.

Cons

  • Offer more font sizes.
  • Offer more note-taking styles.
  • More template options.
  • It has improved productivity.
  • It ensures the team is all working together.
  • It has seamless integration.
I’ve implemented it to Microsoft Teams, but it’s sometimes difficult to see changes that have been made in real-time.
I’ve had no issues implementing Miro into projects or other tools.
Oh my gosh! It’s helped tremendously with remote work and makes our team feel like we’re actually working together rather than just being on a Zoom or Teams call and not getting anything done.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

  • FigJam and MURAL (formerly Mural.ly)
I think Miro is still stronger and feels more professional than say FigJam.
If our team is working out ideas on a new project, but not sure where to start, we can go to Miro to brainstorm and work out planning. If our team is already toward the end of a project, Miro becomes a little messy to refer back to with the organization.
