Overall Satisfaction with Miro

In our company, we use Miro across all departments, predominately for design thinking and brainstorming sessions and meetings in order to gather all the ideas in one place and then decide on what is the best path forward in any given situation. We usually have hybrid meetings, with people being in the office and working remotely so it's a perfect tool to collaborate.
  • Ease of use.
  • Quick to learn.
  • Lots of different pre-made templates.
  • More plugins would be really helpful (e.g. Pexels).
  • I wish there was user support with a free account as well.
  • Export feature in form of a document or PowerPoint presentation.
  • Improved productivity in teamwork.
  • Faster decision-making.
  • Reduced project completion time.
Really quick and easy to set up and onboard even people who have never used it before, which is a common case in our company when the client doesn't have technical background or knowledge.
We usually have online meetings through Google Meet so the ease of inviting participants using links leads them to the right board! Super simple and quick!
During the planning phase, all of our departments are involved so brainstorming sessions and project planning have been so much more efficient since we started using Miro.

No other tool can match the ease of use, interactiveness, and workshop/brainstorming efficiency quite like Miro!
We love to use Miro for any design thinking and brainstorming meetings. Being able to just throw around ideas in one single digital space and then clean the board as we discuss every single one is a great way to come up with the solution, especially in a limited amount of time (i.e. when the client gives us an impossible deadline).
