Overall Satisfaction with Miro
In our company, we use Miro across all departments, predominately for design thinking and brainstorming sessions and meetings in order to gather all the ideas in one place and then decide on what is the best path forward in any given situation. We usually have hybrid meetings, with people being in the office and working remotely so it's a perfect tool to collaborate.
Pros
- Ease of use.
- Quick to learn.
- Lots of different pre-made templates.
Cons
- More plugins would be really helpful (e.g. Pexels).
- I wish there was user support with a free account as well.
- Export feature in form of a document or PowerPoint presentation.
- Improved productivity in teamwork.
- Faster decision-making.
- Reduced project completion time.
During the planning phase, all of our departments are involved so brainstorming sessions and project planning have been so much more efficient since we started using Miro.
