Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for our scrum meeting discussions and planning.
  • Divide tasks in a more efficient way.
  • Involve more people effectively.
  • Easy to move between tasks on Miro board.
  • More privacy to lock your work on a public board so that someone can't edit or move it.
  • Just show your mouse icon on screen.
  • More formatting options.
  • Improved communication.
  • Saves time.
  • Low costs.
It was an exciting tool to use and something new to look at.
It was easily accessible by all users as far as I know.
It has improved the users' input in new projects from different locations.

It's easier to use and navigate.
It is well suited if the discussion involves more people and you need an opinion from each active member of the meeting. It is less suited if you want to document some important work in a meeting.
