Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Collaboration for an agile transformation, as well as other meeting collaboration and documentation.
  • Diagrams.
  • Shared boards.
  • Sticky notes.
  • Needs to be more intuitive.
  • Text editing needs to be more robust.
  • Integrate sign on.
  • Reduced documentation time.
  • Reduce emails by 100%.
  • Fun to see others on board working together.
I would like it to integrate more with MS Teams/Confluence and Microsoft Outlook.
Board is very small to see and work with within Confluence. Board displays are small and unusable unless you jump to the Miro app or website.
This is the key to why we use Miro. Almost all meetings are virtual and this allows people to visually collaborate in real-time.

Flexibility, ability to integrate, and real-time collaboration during team meetings.
Virtual team meetings. Allows teams to collaborate together in real-time and show what everybody else is doing.
