Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro has been used across our organization as a collaboration tool ever since remote work kicked in. We have been looking for tools to help us collaborate online and Miro is the best tool we've found so far. Miro enables our team to collaborate very well remotely in a variety of ways. We use it to produce presentations, mind maps and flow diagrams to plan projects, and technical diagrams for reference. Presenting boards in Miro live started being very intuitive and effective!
  • whiteboarding ideas
  • everyone can jump in and chime in the work being done
  • pre-existing templates remove the hassle of making something from scratch.
  • formatting and textboxes could be more user friendly
  • Miro on browser is slow but the desktop app is great.
  • provide each group a separate "room" or sub area to collaborate
  • improved productivity
  • reduced meeting times and more working times
  • faster turn around times
None, it was rolled out at an enterprise level so it was the first tool made available to us
I just integrated with Slack and no other tools so far.
It is relatively easy to create templates and organize workshops that empower the engagement of the participants. It often serves as the "history" of how decisions were made and used to develop drafts of roadmaps and timelines.Miro is also an excellent tool when it comes to retrospectives and feedback sessions. It is extremely helpful that many templates are available to use.

Collaboration and whiteboarding is a primary use case. All the trainings and processes with facilitation guides makes it worth a lot more than other whiteboard tools. The integration to a wide variety of systems such as Slack is a helpful addition. Miro is used enterprise wide at my company, and we are happy with the strong encryption; it's a very powerful tool to capture people's ideas and to enable a group of people to work through concepts together to reach a solution.
