Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Daily team discussions, showcases to other teams, and good for workers that are working virtually during the lockdowns as everyone can get to the board at the same time and amend at the same time.
  • Voting for suggestions including timer.
  • Links to Jira issues.
  • Links to PDFs and other documents, often with a preview of the first page.
  • Costs way too high for the business - ability to deactivate accounts not used for a certain period of time.
  • Functionality for colour blindness.
  • Link to other tools like Dashboards.
  • High cost especially with users no longer using the tool.
  • Works well with agile/scrum as reduced time for communication.
  • Improved engagement with the team during presentations.
Works really well, see previous points on improvement opportunities.
Works well with Iframe capability but an odd tool here and there does not work.
Remote workers can all contribute instead of a physical dashboard and I have definitely seen increasing engagement.

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Does not have as much functionality as linking to other tools like Jira easy to use especially with the different privacy settings.
Suited for technology teams who are not co-located.

Not suited for presentations to higher-up stakeholders - as compared to PowerPoint slides.
