Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is widely used in our organization. It helps to showcase and support teams with more complex problem solving and graphical display of materials and documents in one place at one glance where other solutions fall short. It is a great workspace, especially in the virtual environment that enables and supports discussions in the team while at the same time collaborating in the Miro space to jointly develop solutions.
Pros
- Support virtual teams with complex challenges.
- Offer cooperative tools
- Highly customizable work space.
Cons
- An even broader set of tools to operate with (e.g. full PPT functionality in regard to highlighting, etc).
- Having a lack of experience on these metrics, also assume we are not actively tracking these in context with Miro yet.
Properly applied it enhances and improves individual and teams' work on complex projects and hard to visualize problems. It allows dissecting complex statements of affairs into digestible pieces.
