Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We share design and engineering ideas with pictures on Miro. Colleagues are placed all over the world and we have to collaborate all ideas and design status on one side which is easy to use and which gives a good overview. All on one page is the best of Miro. Each employee can mark and add comments on the pictures and place their own ideas.

It was implemented by a different company department. But it was very easy to use. The invitation came and we could start to see things on miro or place and change the board. That's a good way to invite people to the project. No one must install the software. It works best on chrome. IE is very slow.
As I told you before, Miro is easy to install, since it works with the web browser. So you need no administrative work from mother departments. You have access from a home office and from work.
The meetings are much easier because we always open the board and everybody sees what we were talking about. Before we opened different pictures and did not have such a good overview on one page, where you can switch from one picture to another. Especially in the COVID time with a lot of home working people, it was good to have this tool to share and talk together with others over Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

Miro is good as it is. The other softwares offer too much, and you can not put everything on one page.
See the development on one page is very easy. It gives a chronological overview and nothing gets lost. You do not need to search in files. You see everything at once. Less appropriate is if you are working with tasks and timelines to organize the work. Miro is more of a dashboard to remember and share and collaborate ideas.
