Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use it in my workshops with colleagues and customers to visualize ideas, create roadmaps and organize goals and milestones for projects. Working with remote teams is difficult and Miro enables me to collaborate effectively to keep meetings productive and fun. It is a great tool for keeping the participants engaged and fostering innovative ideas.

You can quickly start using it, however for Miro to be an effective tool you need to spend a bit of time to prepare for collaboration.
It has been very helpful for working in remote teams. It enables me to communicate more clearly and effectively.

Miro is best suited for the first two phases of a project: Conception and Planning. It helps define clear objectives and helps with creating a roadmap for the project. However, it does require a bit of setup in order to be optimally used. It is, therefore, less appropriate in urgent, ad-hoc situations where something needs to be discussed quickly.
