Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro for workshops. A kind of playing field is set up and the participants go through each field, which contains a task. This gives the users a good overview, everyone can access the board and look over it again afterward.
  • Simple operation
  • Many features
  • Many interaction possibilities e.g. link to teams
  • Print function
  • Timer that makes the image black when the time is up.
  • Audio function that records what is said.
  • All information in only one board.
  • Encourages workshop participants to join in.
  • Less complex
Miro is easy to use with no major hurdles to log in, etc.
I would say that there is less ambiguity because we are working on one board rather than everyone having separate sources of documentation as we used to.

Good: It is good to use when leading a kickoff event and want to encourage participants to actively participate by integrating tasks into Miro. Bad: You are sometimes distracted because you want to play around in Miro while a lecture is being given. In addition, you see the entries of your colleagues and can be influenced by their answers.
