Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use miro boards to display and sort marketing collateral. We have various marketing categories and categories for types of literature or digital files. We can also see at a glance which areas of marketing are used the most, and which we should be concentrating on.
- Ability to drag and drop files and resize them quickly
- Ability to quickly align groups of files
- Ability to easily share files across the organization
- Ability to quickly display multi-page document thumbnails – Currently there isn't a quick way of doing this. Using the drag and drop method only displays the front page of documents.
- Having set snap to grid patterns for aligning and sizing documents would save the time of needing to size and align each file that is added.
- Adding additional contributors to a miro board is a bit time consuming right now.
- At this time we are still testing out its capabilities, but it has been extremely helpful with sorting and displaying files.
Our team is finding Miro is a very helpful tool to use to show what each marketing team is contributing to the organization.
