Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I have just started using MIRO, setting up a board for brainstorming within a team of ca 10. It has been a very positive experience as it was easy to start, very intuitive, just a couple of hours pretest on the system. I find that there are many more features than other whiteboards in the market, but the most appreciated is that you can export the board in pdf, excel, and other extensions of the file so to be able to work on the data. Very colorful with a wide selection of templates. The only warning to new users is that rules must be clearly set before use, otherwise, it creates confusion.

I am not aware of the implementation done, as I just started using it. But I can see that is very user-friendly. Would be great to provide very basic video tutorials for self-training for beginners and for more extended features for advanced users. Would be great also to connect MIRO with more project planning tools.
It needs some training and examples of what you can do with it, before integrating with platforms already in use. I have used MS Teams but was not very sure how other users could access it and what the difference is between the owner of the license and the other users.
During this remote working time, it has been a great tool of collaboration and the fact that you can export the board is making more usable the data and the output of a meeting. Data insights and analytics are a focus for all companies nowadays, so this creative and easy-to-use tool is helping virtual collaboration.

More features, more templates, easy to use even without training, and mainly the possibility to export data in a way that can be analyzed and shared easily within other systems. It has a more playful way to use it than other similar boards. Would be great to have it already integrated into the communication platform.

Miro is perfect for a brainstorming session and for all hands in a project. Provided a good setup of the system before starting and clear rules to apply during the session. Another good feature is the output that can be used later for further analysis. Very colorful and playful, users enjoy working on it.
