Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Absolutely fantastic - this is our #1 resource in our swiss army knife. It's perfect for conducting retrospectives, brainstorming, idea mapping, anything, really. We even use it for onboarding - as we can map every single process within our company in a broad and tangible fashion - you can see exactly what's going on within minutes.
  • Brainstorming.
  • Retrospectives.
  • Mindmap.
  • Story mapping.
  • Problem Storming.
  • Memory Usage (huge for large projects).
  • Performance (gets sluggish on huge boards).
  • High quality new add-ons.
  • Improved Pre-Production Times.
  • Transparency (overall).
  • Easy to have a high level context and switch to granular.
10/10, absolutely nothing to complain about.
10/10, integrations are very easy.
Pre-production is fast, organized. Retros are collaborative and give the opportunity for shy and outspoken people to have the same amount of interaction, as multiple people can "talk" at the same time using post-its. Moreover, images are much more clear for game design documents instead of having Jurassic 500+ pages which frankly, no one will go through.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

ClickUp boards are somewhat like Miro but still lackluster. I'd see them as major alternative in the near future, as we already pay for ClickUp on its own.
It's absolutely perfect for everyone - it's one of the few great things that Covid brought us. Fantastic, time-saving. It's our #1 tool for brainstorming. I wouldn't recommend it for ultra-short meetings (dailies) though - speaking is usually faster and more than enough. Moreover, its integration with production tools such as Jira and ClickUp is outstanding, even though ClickUp integration is still lackluster compared to Jira's.
