Easy to use value for money product

We use Miro for user story mapping, retrospective and sprint review meetings. We use it to plan stories and break them down into more tangible tasks which are really helpful in my role as Product Owner. The business problem Miro solves is not having to use complexity like Jira to commit to ideas and instead use it for ensuring the ideas are fully scoped into tangible portions of work so we get the best business value from an idea and consider all scenarios.

It really helped our ability to do cross squad work and work closely with members, not in the same location
