Overall Satisfaction with Miro

It is used to mainly create mood boards and mindmaps between different groups. It was used a lot during the lockdown as it made team-building exercises and teamwork a lot easier, however, now it is used a lot less. It is also used to create presentations where individuals can follow around themselves.
  • create mindmaps
  • really helpful tips and tricks to get used to the interface

  • the mouse feature could be made quicker to switch between
  • improved productivty
  • more critical feedback through notes
  • more teamwork
At the beginning of its usage, it was pretty hard to use however after new tips and tricks I was able to get the hang of it.
The pop-up tips and tricks are very easy to spot and are actually helpful.
It has had a positive impact

It was just a lot easier to use
Adobe PhotoShop, Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Adobe InDesign
In one project, I had to create multiple mood boards which miro was well suited for as the massive canvas as well as the ability to make multiple pages made it very easy and not overwhelming. Since it was group work the function to create sticky notes made feedback very fun and easy.
