Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for all research and design activities within the product department. this is the first collaboration tool we use because it enables visual teamwork and customer engagement via testing and user research activities. We also use MIro to create static mockups and we also use Miro to collect feedback and comments from all stakeholders.
  • visual collaboration
  • Prototyping
  • Workshop facilitation
  • Interactive prototype
  • Videocalls
  • cheaper pricing
  • reduced project completion time
  • improved productivity
  • quicker return on initial costs
Miro is really good and very well implemented as we never had technical issues. the video calling functionality could be slightly improved such as in Microsoft Teams. Also the integrations found in miro could be really better because sometimes the desired integration does not work or it is not available and it is not clear why.
Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtably source.
thanks to Miro we are now able to work full remotely from all sides of the globe and without time constraints. time zones are no longer a problem. the team has gained clarity and our morale has increased because we can work longer hours outside of office hours. Highly recommended.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

on one hand, Miro is so much better than Microsoft Teams because Microsoft Teams do not provide a full interactive board that you can find in miro. on the other hand, Miro has worse video call capabilities than are found with Microsoft Teams. I advise to adopt in your company a combination of the two
Miro is perfect for workshop settings where there are many participants from different disciplines. this is the best use case because currently there are no better alternatives as flexible as Miro. I think miro would be less appropriate for high fidelity prototyping because it does not allow currently us to create interactive or clickable prototypes.
