Our Data Analytics team uses Miro to Team Work Plan - high level plans Single Project Work Plan - plan for every single project Design Phase - we can create very clear and full of details diagram Data Flow - easy data management Documentation - workflows used as documentation

In general, it improves productivity!
It is a very easy-to-use tool. Many templates and examples give inspiration on how to use it what can be achieved.
We work 100% remotely now. Thanks to Miro we are able to collaborate, share ideas, give feedback and make things clear, especially during phone calls

Miro looks much better in terms of graphical design. Miro is easier to use and allows to create faster diagrams
Well suited: Product design. We are able to create very detailed, well-described App designs and workflows. Less appropriate: For PowerPoint presentations, we are not able to use diagrams, because there is no way to export images without background (like PNG)
