Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro for brainstorming and ideation sessions within the team. We are Innovation Evangelists within the organisation; therefore we use Miro for exploratory work for projects; research; conducting interactive workshops for clients and within the organisation. Lately, we have been using Miro for presenting our work to the client. The non-linearity of the workflow is quite helpful to jump from one section of the board to another.
Pros
- Zooming in and out is one feature that never leaves us with a dearth of space.
- Formatting of objects is extremely easy - I never have to worry about selecting the wrong object/color - I can always improve later.
- In a huge work space it can be difficult to know where the 'copied' object will get 'pasted'. Miro has made it simple by pasting the object where the pointer is.
- 'Bring everyone to me' feature to bring others to one individual is a great feature.
Cons
- It's hard to find new features...a dedicated space to find new features.
- More default colors - finding differentiated colors becomes difficult after a point.
- Positive - easy online work collaboration
- Positive - penning down unstructured thoughts
It has helped us work collaboratively online seamlessly.

- MURAL (formerly Mural.ly)
Mural looks more attractive and easy to use, but Miro gives the impression that it has more space and is more flexible as a platform.
