Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use MIRO to assist in collaborative discussions, especially since being WFH due to COVID. MIRO has allowed us to continue to have whiteboarding sessions virtually which ensures that we are flushing out strategies, requirements, and workflows effectively and efficiently. Without MIRO we would not be able to effectively work as a team to complete projects for our business partners. I have also used MIRO in training that I have taken over the past 2 years, which makes attending virtual training that much more interactive. Without MIRO the training would be no different than watching a video of a presenter - MIRO allowed us to interact and apply the principles that were taught in the training. Highly recommend MIRO. Easy to use, easy to share boards with others.

As it is a per-user licensed product, not everyone in the company had a license. Would have been great if it had been an enterprise implementation that allowed anyone that has company credentials to access the tool. Not having it accessible to everyone just meant that it took more time to get folks up and running and able to collaborate. Wasn't a blocker, just an extra hassle.
I have not integrated it with other products that we use.
Yes, we have workers all over the globe, and MIRO has enabled us to collaborate easily without needing to be in the same physical space. This has proven extra helpful during the pandemic lockdowns.

MIRO offers more flexibility in collaboration.
It is well suited when I need to be able to whiteboard information during a discussion with someone or a group of people. It allows me to do what I would do, had I been in a conference room meeting face to face with people. We can use MIRO to collaborate, plan, articulate ideas and then share out the results in the end.
