Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro for my everyday work for different tasks:
  • Building product wireframes - when I need to create a product tractor and pass it to UX
  • Managing offsite meetings - brainstorming, sharing ideas related to product strategy and scope
  • Managing meetings that need brainstorming
  • Very simple to use and convenient wire-framing capabilities
  • Large endless boards with easy navigation to design product flow
  • Great templates for building strategic plans
  • Using Miro offline is really hard, sometimes I would lose the ability to work on the desktop app at all when offline. No need to sync, just let me do my work. • Except for templates it would be great to be able to add simple components from the templates like tables, etc. and today it's available only if adding the whole template and deleting the parts I don't need.
  • Improved productivity due to simple wire-framing capabilities
It would be great to have had a tutorial, but I guess there was one, and I didn't watch it.
I got introduced through team members and that was the best implementation. I just started using it since it was super simple and learned new features on the go.
In the beginning we had a few issues related to permissions, inviting team members for collaborations vs. for viewing was not clear. But we solved that issue.
We definitely had a good capabilities on cross location collaboration, it was easy to add people to the board from different locations, but also from different teams and work together on the same canvases.

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is simpler for all my needs: wireframing, brainstorming, and planning. Other tools are more advanced for designers. The notion is better as a notebook and for content management. This is a capability I lack in Miro.
Great for brainstorming, making, and organizing plans and projects. Also very useful for designing product wireframes and flows. The tool is very helpful for collaboration, sharing comments, seeing changes other team mates made, working on the same canvas together at the same time. It's less convenient for managing lists and tasks, less of a notebook, and more of a canvas.
