Overall Satisfaction with Miro

On a daily basis, we use multiple Miro boards to collaboratively plan, monitor, and track project performance under the scaled agile framework methodologies. The flexibility couple with real-time joint editable access to the same information is critical to allowing us to work together while we are working from home. It is also serving as our single source of truth as to the status of activities and the results we achieve.
  • Multiple persons real-time joint editing
  • Vast array of options to present material graphically.
  • Simple process to back and make copies of data.
  • Tables are a bit clunky to use and adjust on the fly
  • Too many changes too quickly - I've gone into an event with 70+ participants and went to use an option (say voting) and it's changed. So while I'm trying to figure out the nuances of how voting has changed and how I want to use it, 70+ co-workers sit there twiddling their thumbs... awkward...
  • Miro has improved our planning efficiency and ability to track status of activities.
Spend time learning the zooming and sizing of items upfront and decide on a standard or else you'll end up with vastly different configurations and sizes when you have multiple groups use different areas of the board.
Integration with other applications is possible, but for me, it is not intuitive and is a bit clunky - for instance, PowerPoint - can't just drag and drop a slide to show on your Miro board. It must be converted to PDF form first.
Miro has become our collaboration standard within our company due to its overall ease of use and the ability to unite remote workers and multiple locations.
