Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We do online meetings to figure out stuff, organize our communication and workshops. We also use it to visualize flowcharts about certain processes. Sometimes we need to present things to each other and Miro offers a great way to interact with the presentation is really helpful. Also montly organization of goals.

Implementation Rating

The implementation works great. It is quick and fast. If you have people that are new in this field they get adapted really fast. Sometimes there is confusion because this all works so well. But I think this is a positive point. Maybe a short introduction to the implementation would be helpful.

Ease of Integration

It has a magnificent integration. If you deal with teams, like me. It is important that you can begin your work fast. There are other tools that make the process more complicated and then nobody wants to go on using those tools. So the easy integration is a good point for us.

Collaboration

Of course. Shure, there are other tools where you can collaborate in real-time. But because Miro is so easy to understand the first steps are easy. What also helped is all those templates and workshops where you get to know how many possibilities there are. The interaction of others is Key.

It is a great way to make people interact with content and stay active while working together with remote. In contrast to normal online-meetings time flies by and it makes a great impact. If you have different people with different technical backgrounds it gets difficult because they do not interact as well.
