Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I've used Miro to brainstorm ideas among a group of remote employees (hello, pandemic), but I've also used it to create a flowchart for a new customer's experience through getting set up in our software. It helped to visualize the individual steps and even made it easy to see where we were missing steps along the way.

Likelihood to Recommend

Allowing multiple users to interact with a Miro board at the same time allows remote folks to feel the same collaborative atmosphere as being in person. Creating a visual journey is great for people who like to SEE how things are going to appear, as opposed to looking at a spreadsheet.
