Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use MIRO to visualize the current business processes, agree on them with the process owners and use the diagram as a basis for the detailed description and discussion. We use MIRO to create basic wireframes to understand the business's needs and guide the UI developers. The ability to share and work simultaneously on the document is beneficial. The aim is to build an entirely new system starting with the customer journey as the focus of all our work.

It was easy, straightforward, and even so, we are a new team that has never worked together or with MIRO; it was easy to get a grip and progress our process work. Stakeholders who work with other products accepted the work in MIRO as equal. This is, from my experience, not always a given.
Very easy to integrate into the network
We are based around the UK and only meet once a month (if that). So an online whiteboard is something we couldn't do without. The functionality was one of the reasons to go for MIRO.

I used MIRO to visualize a business process that was known as complex but no decision-maker knew really why and how complex it really was. The gained transparency supported the business decision to outsource the process to a specialized company and reduce cost and the risk of customer dissatisfaction.
