Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use MIRO to visualize the current business processes, agree on them with the process owners and use the diagram as a basis for the detailed description and discussion. We use MIRO to create basic wireframes to understand the business's needs and guide the UI developers. The ability to share and work simultaneously on the document is beneficial. The aim is to build an entirely new system starting with the customer journey as the focus of all our work.

We are based around the UK and only meet once a month (if that). So an online whiteboard is something we couldn't do without. The functionality was one of the reasons to go for MIRO.
