Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro has allowed us to do a lot more collaboration within our organization. We are able to allow users and their respective teams to create content based on their needs and wants without being confined to the standard whiteboard and sticky notes that are available. Furthermore, the ability to access the information anytime as long as there is a browser or internet connection has simplified how we can integrate our teams globally. Miro is a very powerful tool, however, it does come with its issues. Having multiple users on the same board or doing things simultaneously does have its limitations. Also, if there is a large Miro board with a large number of photos or PDFs embedded in it, will take longer to load, especially on a mobile device. As for the security aspect and managing, it allows SSO integration and creates security layers so certain projects that are more sensitive need special approval or permissions to access.

  • The need for larger groups of collaboration to work on at the same time.
  • Additional permission for security.
  • If someone has a full license in their organization and is invited to another, there should not be an additional license required.
  • Reduced errors in communication.
  • Ability to frame things that can go straight into PowerPoint mode.
Depending on how it is implemented in an organization and the security aspect, it was relatively easy. the SASS assessment and help guide, as well as the support, was well received and knowledgeable.
Worked like a charm.
Not all projects are official projects. Proposals are required for the client and quick edits and relay of information are very important.

Presentations and the creation of a flow chart alongside a giant chart without having to switch powerPoint slides and being able to modify and edit it during a presentation while also adding notes. Edit and draw on a picture to let the team understand immediate changes or modifications.
