Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro helps me work with my UX team and also I use it to map out our customer journey.

  • Brainstorming
  • Wireframe
  • lo-fi mockup.
  • Difficult to find the sticky notes icon...
  • Pro - easy to use and improved productivity.
  • Pro - Collaboration is very important for my team.
  • Con - not broadly use Miro on other work except journey map and sticky notes.
Not yet. Miro is not yet an official app for my company. but I am satisfied with the current "stand-alone" Miro in my day-to-day work.
Cause it's just that simple and intuitive lol.
I LOVE brainstorming on Miro with my team. It smoothing the difficulties as a remote team.

Miro's whiteboard is better than the freehand in InVision. easier to use.
I really like to use Miro when I'm trying to map out the customer pain points during the journey. But I have never used Miro for my product roadmap as I think it is not easy to edit the roadmap on a drawing board.
