Overall Satisfaction with Miro

For workshops, for brainstorming, to create think-charts, to make some illustrations, for presentations, to make flowcharts, to make stakeholder analysis.

  • Organize and "style" text.
  • Show which figures are locked.
  • Collaboration digitally, reducing the need to meet.
Easy to use. We could get started quickly. Everyone got the hang of it at workshops with guest-users, with a little introduction.
It is easy to drop text, charts, images into Miro. And integration to teams, and as an app on your phone. Otherwise, I have not tested further integration.
It has made digital workshops possible. And has been great for brainstorming in the project management team. It is also good for sharing ideas, through easy-to-make illustrations.

Similar functionality, but I find Miro overall easier to use. The templates can more easily be adjusted to your needs, the graphics are better looking.
I have recommended Miro to colleagues for digital workshops and for personal time/chore planning.
