Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro helps visualize products, services, business operations, and business strategy. It is an important tool within our company that has been a key driver for communications and shared understanding. The various templates for design and layout have supported the team members as they are responsible for conveying ideas and concrete plans to the rest of the team.

We had too many Miro accounts which caused some confusion on the team. We needed to spend some time cleaning up old "boards".
Even with our challenges of too many individual accounts, the implementation and onboarding of the team were easy.
We conduct design sprints or brainstorming sessions with the collaboration tools.

There have been other tools that we've tried for designing and diagramming business processes, but none were even close to Miro.
Miro is great for business process design. It has the tools that are needed to quickly and clearly put something together that can be used for personal thought planning or is especially helpful for group projects as well. Miro probably isn't great for certain schematic operations including low-level detailed information or tabular presentation.
