Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro almost only when I'm working as a team. Most of the time we use it to brainstorm, organize, and polish ideas that are then cataloged into various different categories. We also use it to join all of our individual work. The way that we do this is by working by ourselves at home, and then coming the next day to the office and looking for similarities, differences, and other ways our work complements each other.
  • Help organize ideas
  • Explain ideas clearly through graphics
  • Teamwork
  • Color palette
  • User interface
  • More technical drawings
  • Improved productivity
  • Reduced face-to-face meetings
  • Reduced time of approval
I believe there are definitely some things that could be improved, certainly in the user interface. But as a whole, I believe Miro is a really helpful platform that is easy to understand how to use, doesn't require any previous knowledge, and is easily customizable. Some things could be changed, like the way you have to press the spacebar to pan throughout the board.
I'm not so sure what you mean by integration but I believe we're talking about integration to social networks, other internet pages, etc. If that's the case, then I really like the integration Miro offers because it provides me with various ways to sign into my account, and not only that but I can move my work easily from miro to other platforms. Not only this, but while working with our company using Microsoft Teams or slack, it comes very convenient to use Miro, which by the way, also works with zoom.
Most definitely it has, before using Miro we had to schedule a lot of face-to-face meetings back at the office to do some work in a real corkboard, however since using Miro we've saved a lot of time just by not traveling to the office. Not only this, but it also reduces the amount of material we use, which translates directly to less money spent.

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Well, there's really one way Miro really beats every one of the products I listed before, and it is simultaneous work. We've had some problems working with the other products when we tried to use them because most of the time the changes we did were not instant, sometimes we even had to log out of the account so the other person could join and add their part. Miro really offers the best simultaneous work, and not only that but beautiful graphics as well.
Practically, everything is teamwork. Working with other people is such an ease in miro, there's plenty of space, it is easily customizable so it suits your needs and it works wonders if everyone is working simultaneously. Another scenario when you might use miro is when you need to create a quick visual map of any sort, Miro seems to have almost everything.
