Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Brainstorming, visual thinking and mapping. Online collaboration working with a remote team. We use it to make user journeys, host workshops, doing and organizing research. We do drafts of visual documents, but also final presentations for management and documentation.
  • quick, updates to instantly work collaboratively
  • different formatting, quickly to organize information
  • share and copy boards and images
  • more controlled and variables for permissions
  • better hide, layer options to organize elements
  • personal folder, file organization of Miro boards
  • Hire best talent across different time zones, to be able to work and create results
  • Quick, onsite modifications from everywhere
  • Variable types of documents in one, being able to do more work in one tool instead of having to copy over to other documents/ software
Understanding how we can share and work with partners. I know we need to protect proprietary information but its not clear how we can implement this as a complete tool.
I've used it in the past so I knew what I was trying to get out of this.
Oh, its proundly critical. We are all remote and able to get things done quickly and effectively. Its made the work more enjoyable and able to take on new things.

TERRIBLE, lagging Issues, formating, terrible updates. I'm glad I dont have to use It anymore
If everyone knows how to use Miro, it is the PERFECT tool. I've worked with people who just don't think visually and a list in Microsoft Word is all they need. But with a little guidance, they usually pick up on how they can arrange their thoughts easily.
